Westminster College is seeking comments from the public about the institution in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its regional accrediting agency.  The College will undergo a comprehensive evaluation visit March 7-9, 2005, by a team representing the Commission of Institutions of Higher Education of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.  Westminster College has been accredited by the Commission since 1913.  The team will review the institution’s ongoing ability to meet the Commission’s Criteria for Accreditation and certain federal guidelines. 

During the past year, the College has conducted a self-study in preparation for the evaluation visit.  Copies of the college’s 2005 NCA Self-Study Report are available for public review at the Circulation Desk of the Westminster College Library and on Westminster’s NCA website. 

The public is invited to submit comments regarding the College.  Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs.  Comments must be in writing and signed; comments cannot be treated as confidential.
